Luke Colvin, a ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified & President of Arbor Care, is not only passionate about the trees, he values his employees and is devoted to their happiness and well being. Luke is a member of the Astoria Rotary and Arbor Care is a member of the Astoria-Warrenton and Seaside Chambers of Commerce. Luke Colvin founded ''Stuff the Truck'' Food Drive in 2008 when he learned that the CCA Regional Food Bank, which supplies food to all of the food banks throughout Clatsop County, had a severe shortage of food on their shelves to supply those Clatsop county citizens most in need. ''Stuff the Truck'' is now an annual event.
