About Us
Helping Hands serves the homeless, providing temporary emergency shelter as well as long-term, program-based Transitional Housing to help our clients build life skills to regain self-sufficiency. Our goal is to provide a Helping Hand to a sustainable life through resources, recovery and reentry.
Helping Hands facilities are referral only. Referrals are accepted from our established local community partners, including fire and police departments, Department of Human Services offices, Housing Authority Groups, Community Action organizations, mental and physical health personnel, other social service agencies and churches of all types.
We operate facilities in Clatsop, Tillamook, Lincoln, Yamhill and Multnomah counties.
