This class was so popular in January 2020, we're running it again!

Join us for this hands-on cooking class to learn all about making sushi. You'll learn how to make sushi rice, how to roll sushi, and the knife skills needed to make your sushi look professional. This class will focus on vegetarian sushi rolls.

Chef Chris Ross is a 2004 graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He spent a year cooking in Napa and was sous chef at Bridgewater Bistro here in Astoria for 3 years. In addition, Chris has cooked Mexican, sushi and Irish pub food. Chris has a passion for making good food for good people.
